Worth the price

During my recent stay at Hua Ting Hotel And Towers, I was impressed with the overall quality and value for money. The hotel may be a bit dated, but it was still well-maintained and provided all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's location, although not in the heart of the city, was convenient with a subway stop just outside and easy access to buses for day trips. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great value and comfortable accommodations.

The prices in the restaurants - lobby and for breakfast is a rip off!

The concierge and bell hop were extremely helpful throughout our stay, providing us with valuable information and assistance. The hotel also boasted good amenities, including a fitness center and a pool that looked inviting. We found the room to be spacious and comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a long day of exploring. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

We had a great experience at the hotel's reception area. The staff was attentive and friendly, and we were impressed by the variety of fruit juices available. One evening, we dined at another restaurant inside the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food.

The front desk staff was extremely rude. I stayed in this hotel when it was managed by Sheraton group and the staff was excellent. Jin Jiang is a large hotelier group and should look into the matter seriously

Excellent Hotel staff. This is the first time that I see staff on the reception asking politely rude Chinese customers to wait their turn. As you know in China there is a habit to immediately shout your question to the staff, even if they are busy with other customers. China has still a long way to go to educate their citizens to wait their turn, no matter how important they think they are.

The hotel's breakfast had a nice variety of foods including some local options and fresh fruits. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a bustling area with restaurants and shops nearby. The view from the upper floors was stunning.

The room's bathroom had mold and mildew. The bed sheets smelled like they hadn't been washed recently.

Location for vacation travellers.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro station, making it easy to travel around the city. It is also a short distance from attractions like the Shanghai Museum and the Fox outlet mall. The rooms are comfortable and offer good views. The staff is friendly and provides helpful service. The breakfast has a good selection and the Chinese restaurant on the top floor is highly recommended for its quality food. The hotel also has a gym, pool, and sauna.

Some rooms may have a slight musty smell and the carpets might need cleaning or replacement.

Now 25 years old, well run. Convenient for metro, shopping near by, not in the main tourist area but ok for a business trip.

This our return trip to the hotel and as with the last time we were more than satisfied with all aspects of the hotel, except the breakfast costs were more than we expected. As I conduct business with the WeiYu School in Yishan Lu I fine this hotel continues to be ideal.
